The gardens offered a stunning environment where I enjoyed serene moments, with delightful breakfasts served in a beautifully arranged outdoor setting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience.

The room lacked modern decor and amenities, like a minibar, making it feel a tad basic for the price range. The bed was too firm for my comfort, which marred a rather wonderful stay.

The hotel's serene gardens were a dreamy escape. Our teens loved exploring the nearby biosphere, spotting unique wildlife during our hikes. We enjoyed lazy afternoons by the pool, making memories as a family, and the laid-back vibe truly made us unwind.

My wife thinks it could benefit from more family-friendly activities.

The gardens were breathtaking and the pools were always available, which was a nice perk! The staff were super sweet and even prepped us some snacks for our early flight. Just wish the bed was more comfy. it felt like sleeping on bricks. And breakfast by the pool was a win!

A few things could use some work—like the lack of a mini fridge in the rooms, which would be handy for keeping drinks cool. The air conditioning didn't always hold up during the hot summer days, and some furniture in the rooms felt dated, which took away from the overall boutique feel of the place. be prepared for mosquitoes. bug spray is essential. Lastly, no dinner service is available on Sunday and Monday evenings, limiting dining options if you're planning to stay in those nights.

What a delightful stay for seven nights! The pool area was such a serene escape, surrounded by lush greenery and the breakfast buffet had an amazing variety that I couldn't get enough of! My only gripe was that the furnishings in the room felt a bit dated compared to the stunning photos I saw online, but overall, I can't wait to return.
